Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a proud brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is hiring a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) to serve residential and commercial customers in Jackson, WI and surrounding areas.

This on-site, field-based, full-time role features a variable schedule up to 40 hours weekly with occasional overtime. You’ll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, identify root causes, and communicate solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
• Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Identify root causes of malfunctions and perform precise repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners and present service options.
• Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations and maintain clear dispatch communication.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked; leave job sites spotless.
• Accurately complete digital paperwork and service records.
