Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Licensed Plumber for Facilities Maintenance in Albany, GA. You will perform plumbing repairs and installations, including sinks, toilets, valves, and water coolers, and repair drainage as needed. You must hold a valid Plumbers License and adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Plumber's license required; ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Experience with sinks, toilets, valves and water coolers.
• Ability to measure, cut, thread and prep piping for replacements.
• Wamiliarity with safety policies and department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs/installations of sinks, commodes, valves and water coolers.
• Replace damaged water lines, clearing clogged drainage systems.
• Measure, cut, thread and prepare piping for replacement or new installations.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and drywall/door hardware adjustments as needed.
• Oversee building maintenance tasks and coordinate with supervisors and vendors.
• Rotate to cover shifts as required by the Facilities Maintenance Department.
