You will perform fixture installations and repairs, and carry out sewer and drain cleaning as needed, ensuring work meets pre-job conditions.

Ideal candidates hold a Wisconsin plumbing license, have 3+ years of repair and service experience, and can communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Wisconsin state plumbing license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required OSHA/excavation certification.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to service calls, inspects issues, diagnoses problems, estimates costs, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and disposals.
• Performs sewer and drain cleaning in varied environments and restores work sites to pre-job condition.
• Prepares invoices, collects payment, and explains guarantees to customers.
• Move on to the next service call after completing each job.
