Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to establish and lead a brand-new Survey Department.

The role focuses on building a client-driven practice, overseeing boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys, and mentoring a growing surveying team within a civil engineering firm in North Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a NJ PLS license, demonstrated project leadership, and a track record of successful client development.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PLS license required.
• Strong experience in land surveying and project management.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the firm's new Survey Department.
• Manage surveying projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.
• Develop client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Mentor and lead survey staff while maintaining quality and accuracy.
