Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team in a full-time role, working 40 hours per week on-site, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient care and support outcomes.

You will collaborate with the care team, assist with treatment planning and documentation, and strive to restore function and mobility for patients living with injuries or disease.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and communication of patient progress.
• Collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, efficient therapy environment following established protocols.
