• Completes annual education to comply with program requirements (DNV Hip and Knee Replacement).

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers using relevant and effective teaching methods.
• Follows the therapist’s plan of care. Adjusts treatment based on patient response and evidence after communicating with the PT and documenting in the daily note.
• Produces documentation in accordance with CTSCP67 policy.
• Completes annual education to comply with DNV Hip and Knee Replacement Program requirements.
• Coordinates with PT on patient treatment interventions and documents daily notes.
