Job summary

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Active U. S. military servicemembers or veterans with any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PTA program is acceptable.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: No previous work experience needed.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Previous PTA experience in inpatient/outpatient settings

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State license

REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic LifeSupport on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
