Saint Francis Healthcare Memphis-Bartlett is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to perform patient treatments under the guidance of a registered physical therapist. In this role, you'll document treatments and maintain equipment before use, working with a diverse patient population. Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and a state license. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience. Job Summary

At the direction of a registered physical therapist, perform patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Work with neonatal through geriatric patients and complete established competencies within the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Active U.S. military service members or veterans with any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PTA program is acceptable.
  • Certification/License: State license.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience.
