PruittHealth in Rockingham, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients restore mobility and independence within a post-acute care setting. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver treatments aligned with policy and individual goals.

Formación

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited program; foreign-trained must be deemed equivalent by a credentialing org approved by APTA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the patient care plan.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Follow policies and procedures related to PT scope of practice.
• Identify priorities in patient care and act with initiative.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
