PruittHealth in Washington, GA is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence. The role offers up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location, with a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus of 8,000.

The position supports a collaborative, patient-centered care environment across post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and therapy services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
