Job summary

Cadia Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations, develop skilled plans of care, and promote functional mobility and quality of life for patients.

You must hold an active PT license in the state and CPR certification, with ability to document and adjust treatments based on patient progress and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to administer screenings and evaluations per facility guidelines

Responsibilities

• Administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Complete documentation and forms accurately and efficiently as required by law and facility regulations.
• Administer standardized tests/measures (e.g., Borg, Timed Up & Go, 6 Minute Walk) for evaluations and discharge.
• Adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit and functional goals.
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve strength, ROM, balance, transfers, and gait.
