Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitative services to patients.
• Provides residents with exercises as part of therapy.
• Observes and evaluates treatment effect and discusses with staff, PTA, physician and director.
• Monitors and documents resident treatment and response.
• Assists with teaching plan, includes family when appropriate, informs staff and physician.
• Follows facility policies and procedures.
