• Provide physical therapy services at Charlottesville area clinics (Pantops, Stonefield, Ivy, Forest Lakes, Palmyra, Zion Crossroads, Ruckersville, Scottsville).
• Deliver exceptional patient care with sustainable caseloads aligned with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards.
• Collaborate with a team focused on physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services.
• Utilize AI documentation tools like ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide physical therapy services at one of the Charlottesville area clinics including Pantops, Stonefield, Ivy, Forest Lakes, Palmyra, Zion Crossroads, Ruckersville, or Scottsville locations.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with sustainable caseloads aligned with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services.
• Utilize AI documentation tools like ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Licensed or pending licensure Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $83,000 to $110,000 based on location, experience, and certifications.
• Clinician bonus plan offering up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck (approximately $31,000 annually).
