Job summary

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person roles across Ohio. Positions may be in SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, with opportunities in Columbus and other Ohio markets.

Ideal candidates hold an active Ohio PT license (or eligibility) and are prepared to work full-time in Ohio. Compensation ranges from $40–$55 per hour plus benefits, relocation or sign-on may be available in some locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Ohio license, or eligibility/pending licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in an available Ohio market.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life
