Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program is required.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility is required.
• 1+ year of physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of PT evaluation, rehabilitation, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard PT equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess mobility and rehab needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and findings.
• Provide evidence-based exercises, manual interventions, and rehabilitation services.
• Evaluate progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and notes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
