Job summary

Valley Care Solution Physical Therapy in Matawan, New Jersey seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, onsite role in our collaborative rehab center. You will focus on patient recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness with evidence-based care tailored to individual needs.

NJ license is required; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is preferred. The candidate should have strong communication skills, EMR proficiency, and experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
• Active New Jersey state licensure required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to enhance understanding and adherence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment to maximize recovery.
• Provide excellent customer service and empathetic patient engagement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and policies.
