HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. The role focuses on orthopedic and sports medicine, providing evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation planning alongside an experienced team of clinicians.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in New Jersey and have completed an accredited PT program. Recent grads are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• We will consider recent grads.
• Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities.
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team.

$100K–$125K + $10K Sign-On Bonus | Up to $12K Annual Bonus | Full Benefits

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers.

For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention

Schedule

• Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)

Compensation

• $100,000–$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
