Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold an active Indiana PT license or be eligible to earn one, with strong documentation, education of patients and families, and collaboration with healthcare

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited, Physical Therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
