Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills to maintain patient records and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, establishing baseline measurements and assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on maximizing recovery and function using exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers about injury prevention, recovery techniques, and self-management.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and foster a positive patient experience through communication.
