Job summary

Nurturing Home Healthcare Agency is seeking Physical Therapists with a minimum of one year of experience to provide assessment, evaluation, and physical therapy for clients. Qualified care providers must possess critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The role is part-time or contract; salary ranges from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling and the Houston area are highlighted in the benefits and work locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year's supervised PT experience within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement physical therapy needs, including Plans of Care and goals.
• Work with client and family to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Identify and secure necessary support personnel, supplies and equipment.
• Perform client visits as directed in Plan of Care.
• Instruct and supervise clients and other health care personnel including PT Assistants.
