Job summary

Nurturing Home Healthcare Agency is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide assessment, evaluation, and PT services in Houston and surrounding areas. Position is part-time or contract with flexible scheduling.

Requirements include a Master's or higher in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and at least one year of supervised experience within the last three years. Travel to one location is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in physical therapy from an institution approved by APTA.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as a licensed physical therapist in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients per Plan of Care.
• Identify and implement PT needs and goals.
• Coordinate with client/family to maximize recovery.
• Supervise and instruct aides and assistants as needed.
• Identify and secure necessary supplies and equipment.
