Nurturing Home Healthcare Agency is seeking licensed Physical Therapists with at least one year of supervised experience to assess, evaluate, and deliver physical therapy services to clients. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing plans of care, performing client visits, coordinating with families and care teams, and supervising support staff and PT

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform client visits as outlined in the Plan of Care.
• Coordinate with client, family, and care team to support recovery.

Nurturing Home Healthcare Agency is looking for Physical Therapists with a minimum of one year experience to provide assessment, evaluation, and physical therapy for clients. Qualified care providers must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement physical therapy needs as appropriate including development of Plan of Care treatments and goals
• Work with client and client's family members to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Identify and secure necessary support personnel, supplies and equipment
• Perform client visits as directed in Plan of Care
• Instruct and supervise clients and other health care personnel including Physical Therapy Assistants

Job Requirements

• Job Types: Part-time, Contract
• Salary: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

• Education/Experience:
  • Graduate of a Master's or higher degree in physical therapy from an institution approved by the Educational Section of the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in state where therapist practices.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years.
