Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time schedule with potential varied shifts or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and rehab procedures.
• Assess progress, modify plans, and document per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Supervise technicians and ensure equipment safety.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and policy adherence.
• Deliver care across inpatient, outpatient, or rehab settings as assigned.
