Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters as appropriate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Plan for patient needs with patients, families, and departments.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics at all times.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Follow laws, regulations, and Life Care policies in post-acute care.
• Follow treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Use therapy software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
