Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, our integrated care model for seniors. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapies, run assessments, and craft personalized care plans within a collaborative team to enhance resident well-being.

You’ll support care coordination, wellness check-ins, and telehealth while upholding professional standards and helping residents maximize independence, confidence, and safety in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
