Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy for seniors within the EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess residents, craft personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a collaborative team setting.

This role emphasizes empowering seniors to live independently, with predictable schedules and opportunities for leadership and professional development within a supportive culture.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
