Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model of care for seniors. You’ll provide therapy and wellness services (PT, OT, or SLP) to residents, assess needs, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
