This position requires an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time

HTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, about 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This vibrant community offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home, and has a growing community-based outpatient therapy program. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. At 30 – 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
