Job summary

HTS is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis at a partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. The PT will perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, coverage during vacations and peaks in caseloads, and meticulous documentation in line with facility

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy education program.
• Pass state national exam and meet licensure requirements; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.

HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, (Terre Haute), Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive environment. This is a true PRN position. The staffing needs are typically due to vacations and other planned time off of full-time therapists.

Job Details

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
