Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in the Midwest is seeking licensed therapists to join the EmpowerMe 360 program, an integrated model that combines therapy, wellness, and medical care for seniors in living communities.

You will assess, develop care plans, provide therapy (PT/OT/SLP), coordinate with caregivers, and support residents to live independently while maintaining safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
