Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapy professionals to deliver holistic care to older adults within the EmpowerMe 360 program. You will collaborate with medical, pharmacy, and therapy teams to support residents’ independence and safety.

You will conduct assessments, design personalized plans, and provide evidence-based therapies across physical, occupational, or speech domains, ensuring compassionate, community-centered care.
