Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to support older adults in its EmpowerMe 360 program. You’ll deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy, conduct assessments, and create personalized care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving independence and safety.

Qualifications
