EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, our integrated model of care for seniors in living communities. You’ll provide therapy services (physical, occupational, or speech), conduct assessments, and create care plans within a collaborative team to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

This role emphasizes coordination, compassionate patient engagement, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
