Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab Center in Milton, PA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

You will provide skilled PTA treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, help residents improve mobility and independence, collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams, and complete timely documentation using Net Health and PCC.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, safety, strength, endurance, and independence.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans.
