HealthPro Heritage in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate therapy team in a Rehab Center with ALF. The position offers a pay range of $35-$40 per hour depending on experience and a flexible schedule in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to company and regulatory

Competenze

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or license eligible).
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and EHR systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Treatment and Education: Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
