Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Setting: SNF in Covington, LA- Trinity Trace Community Care Center
• Compensation for full-time: $30-$35 per hour
• Compensation for part-time: $31-$36 per hour
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week for full-time, and 20-30 hours per week for part-time.
