Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapist Assistant license (New Jersey).
• New grads and experienced PTAs are welcome.
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Physical Therapists regarding plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each patient.
• Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve patient flow and satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
• Support clinic growth through CEUs and ongoing professional development.
• Attend monthly Clinic Director/Office Manager meetings to address challenges and improve flow.
• Participate in company-wide meetings to discuss initiatives and improve patient care.

• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
