SportsMed Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient team. We provide compassionate, collaborative care with state-of-the-art equipment and strong mentorship from regional leaders.

New grads and experienced PTAs are welcome. NJ PTA license required. We offer competitive pay ($33-$38/hr), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary practice.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• New grads and experienced PTAs are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Physical Therapists regarding plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each patient.
• Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve patient flow and increase patient satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure collaborative care.
• Work towards advancing the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through CEUs.
• Participate in monthly meetings to address clinic challenges and improve flow.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss initiatives and improve patient care.

• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
