Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday

Location: Conyers,Georgia

Title: Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

Pay: $28-$32/Hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
• Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist
• Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, licensed or eligible and willing to get licensure in Georgia
• New Graduates encouraged to apply, prefer one or more years of licensed outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy/lymphatic massage skills preferred with desire to grow
• No prior oncology rehab or lymphedema experience required. Will train and certify you upon starting.
• Desire to be a part of team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning
• Enjoys the work of helping others in an environment that is fun and rewarding
