Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized care using advanced rehabilitation technology in CT. You will evaluate patients, develop customized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy programs with AI-assisted EMR, maintaining documentation, and pursuing ongoing professional development in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CT PT license preferred; must be obtained prior to start.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Specialization in Orthopedics/Sports Medicine a plus.
• Ability to commute or relocate to New London, CT before start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.
• Implement therapy programs using advanced rehabilitation tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
