Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current PT license in good standing.
• Federal, State- and employer credentials current.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy.
• Reviews physician's referral and patient's records to determine treatment.
• Tests and measures patient's strength and mobility to inform plans.
• Instructs patients in exercises and use of assistive devices.
• Coordinate with physicians to optimize patient care.
