Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility in Glastonbury, CT. You will work with rehab and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care and maintain accurate documentation.

Must hold a CT-appropriate PT license or be license eligible; Excel and Outlook proficiency is preferred. PTO is generous; education support is offered, and hours are flexible to balance work and family commitments.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or license eligible in CT.
• Proficient with electronic documentation and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness in coding and notes.
