Licensed Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals at our Assisted Living Facilities in Lamar, CO. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of physical function.

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
