Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
Rehabilitation Medicine & Acupuncture Center (RMAC) in Greenwich/Riverside, Connecticut, is seeking a motivated and compassionate licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The position involves treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Starting annual salary: $105,000 for PT, $73,000 For PTA
- Two weeks of paid time off per year, including vacation and continuing-education days

Requirements
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Connecticut Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant licenses.
- Must maintain individual professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions including trigger point therapy, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team effectively.
- Support discharge planning by preparing patients for transition back to home or other care settings through education and follow-up recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards, anatomy knowledge, and physiology principles during therapy sessions.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment while adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Work in a physician- and physical therapist-directed clinic with integrated rehabilitation care
- Reasonable patient volume, focus on quality, not burnout
Experience
- Prior experience working in outpatient physiotherapy settings is highly preferred, but entry level welcome
- Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with physiotherapy modalities such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering compassionate patient care across all age groups.
