Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field.
  • Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal function and independence.
  • Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
