Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You will handle data entry, answer phones, process orders, and assist with customer inquiries to support our CARE culture.

The role requires an active Georgia Board of Pharmacy license, prior pharmacy experience, and strong attention to detail. The shift is 2:30pm–11:00pm onsite with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Active GA Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
