Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. This onsite role supports the Data Entry Manager by handling orders, answering phones, and resolving customer inquiries after hours.

Qualified candidates hold a GA Pharmacy Technician license, have pharmacy experience, and demonstrate strong computer skills and professional telephone etiquette. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with a 2:30pm-11:00pm shift and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Active GA Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or data entry.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
