Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities in Georgia.

We are seeking a licensed Georgia Pharmacy Technician to work under a supervisor, maintain stock, prep for floor bulk medications, and ensure compliance with standards. Reliable and detail-oriented team players with prior pharmacy and data entry experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Maintain floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
