Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our long-term care pharmacy team. You will support daily operations under supervision, manage floor stock, restock, rotate inventories, and assist with bulk prepackaging and shipping of medications.

Qualifications

• Licensed Virginia Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Pharmacy experience is preferred.
• PTCB enrollment for Pharmacy Technician Trainee eligibility.
• Data entry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Maintain floor stock, restock and remove expired medications.
• Rotate medication stock to ensure quality control.
• Prepack bulk medications for floor stock.
• Package, fill, and ship medications accurately.
• Maintain pharmacy standards and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with team to support pharmacy goals.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
