Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in a fulfillment/mail-order environment. The Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, perform quality checks, and oversee technicians while ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.

This role requires an active NJ and NY pharmacist license, at least 1 year of experience, and comfort with pharmacy systems and robotic automation. Flexibility for shifts and standing work is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in NJ and NY.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed pharmacist experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Strong computer navigation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work designated shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and prescription data for accuracy.
• Perform final quality checks before packaging and shipping.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and inventory personnel.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Prioritize workload and complete assignments timely.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in standing/walking environment for the majority of shift.
• Utilize pharmacy systems and robotics effectively.
